Help Game wouldnt DL right after update

After I updated I started getting all of my old apps back. When I dl'd Gun Bros (which loads a lot of data to your sd card) it would just go to the start of the Gameloft screen and start vibrating. I uninstalled the game which stated that it was only 4mb but I know it dl'd over 100 to my sd card. My question is, when I uninstalled did it also remove that 100mb from my sd card? I have no problem with down loading again I just don't to keep filling my sd card with the same data. Thanks, I'm sure its a very easy answer.
