Has anyone encountered an issue where their ROM restarts when you try to install an app? The device doesn't reboot all the way back to the red M, but it does go back to the boot image and restart. I have been trying Drew Garens ROMs on .595 and they all are doing it. I always wipe, wipe, wipe, clear cache and dalvik before flashing ROMs. I have also gone back to the stock recovery and wiped everything there. I'm trying to find a solution other than SBF'ing
