Root Ginger Villain Issue?

I have ginger Villian 0.9 and all seems well until when i send out a text message out i get a media sound playing but I can't find were. I have looked in all notifactions for sms and email and in the sound settings.

The worst is it just loops and is now getting on my nerves any ideas???

When YOU send a text? Thats odd. Did you data wipe before flashing?

As far as I can see, the two main issues with GV at the moment are:

-Microphone lag when taking a call, whereby the caller cannot hear you for 1-3 seconds after you pick up

and

- The ROM not yet being optomised for 3D graphics.

Both these are a bit annoying, but equally it should be remembered - not least by me! - that GV is still essentially a "beta" ROM and is not as polished as DeFroST or LeeDroid (for example). I'm sure Richard will iron out these issues in the fullness of time.

I'm also finding a surprising number of apps which (still) don't yet fully support Gingerbread. That's more annoying but again I'd like to think that this will be fixed sooner rather than later.

Yeah mate I always do when installing new rom, the weird part in when turning down volume to went quieter as it said media volume.

I knew it was never a application as i checked them all, restored back to leedroid but want to go back too gingervillain 0.9
