I bought some movies from the Google Play store and downloaded them but I'm getting short on the device memory. Is it possible to move them to the SD card? If it is possible how do I?

I moved all possible apps onto the SD card but I'm still short on the device memory.

User any file explorer. The movies are located in device storage: Android/data/com.google.android.videos/file/Movies. The movies will be in a alpha numeric code. You can nab them off the device storage for backup purposes. However, if moved from device storage, you will not be able to play it within Google Play app. You need to launch the file from the file explorer and open it with your video player.
