Accessories Got 3500 extended battery and need thicker belt clip case.

Hi, I got the extended 3500 battery and and I need to find leather belt clip case that will allow the phone with battery to fit. My current case just won't close and I love the battery buy need a case... Anyone know of one that is big enough to do this? Thanks
 
I use a Seido clip holster because it's much more utilitarian than a pouch style case and I have full access to my headphone jack and volume keys when it's holstered. It also leaves the entire back exposed. Depending on where your custom cover starts bulging, this might work for you since it only clips the bottom corners and the middle of the top. The aesthetics may leave something to be desired compared to a nice leather case, but it's a great case for my needs. The only dealbreaker is that it will only work with a naked Evo.

Cobravision, the Seidio Holster crips at the botom left corner, bottom right corner and top center edges. Unless the battery bulge reaches all the way to the edge of the cover, The Seidio holster will fit.

I frankly find the design of the phone such that I just put on a ZAGG Invisible Skin and slap in the Extended battery. Why wrap layers of leather/silicone/plastic/aluminum around a slick phone?
 
I have the Seidio active case. It's nice when I just want a thin non bulky holster. However I am a firefighter and I need more protection when I am at the station. I purchased direct from Seidio a rugged add on kit for $19.95. It comes with a rubber gel skin that goes around the active case and then a small thin plastic retainer that keeps the gel skin snug. Now I realize you may not want the rugged skin but the best thing about it is the holster. It is about 50% thicker and it accomidates 2" belt. ory Big downside is it says it will not work with a 3500 innocell battery. But who knows maybe some custom tweeking could work? Oh yeah the price went back up t $30 on the Seidio website. Sorry I would love to have a 3500 battery but I must have a holster. Let us know if you find anything that IS compatible with the 3500 battery. PS Which battery are you using (brand) and is there a large increase in battery compared to the factory one that came with th phone?:(

Uhhh, the "Invisible Skin"? If it gets scuffed, that's part of it's job.

I was stating that I like the 'virgin' surface of the device, so I'd rather SEE the surface itself. If I could find a perfectly clear case - not that kinda' clear crud, but truly CLEAR - then I'd use a case. Until then....

I purchased the Mugen 1800 mAh battery and love it. I get 12-14 hours of battery life. Google mugen-power-batteries
