I posted this on Vodafone Forum, that's why its aimed mainly at Vodafone but was just wondering what you guys think of this situation.
I’ve had a S2 since November, got it as an upgrade new. Ever since then I’ve had none stop problems with the phones...
First was new in November as part of upgrade, it lasted 6/7 months and didn’t charge.... Exchanged
Second last 3/4 weeks and burnt my leg, left a red mark and was that hot to touch I had to handle it with a damp cloth to move it... Exchanged along with new battery
Third one (current) lasted 1-2 weeks and sticks on boot screen, doesn’t boot.... Still pending outcome
I’ve been on to Vodafone since Monday 30th July and no one is willing to understand I don’t want another Exchange like for like S2.
I’ve contacted Vodafone 30ish times (basically on the phone whenever I can since 30/7) and no one is willing to help me, even after suffering a slight burn to my leg. Yes, it was that hot I had a mark... No photos were taken as was too busy trying to remove battery and place phone somewhere to cool down.
Why can't Vodafone just understand a phone that causes injuries, doesn’t charge and crashes after 2 weeks is not suitable for me??
I’ve threatened to leave Vodafone and this is the best thing.... approx
