So I have a mac and I downloaded the SDK and unzipped it. I put the busybox file into the tools folder. I'm new to this so I don't understand why the adb command isn't working. I cd'd into the tools folder and tried it but it keeps saying its not found. What am I doing wrong?

What Rom are you using? Also if you just download Titanium Backup and press problems it will install busybox for you. That seems to be the easiest way.

    This.

No point in stressing over trying to install something manually. ;)

Not only will it install Busybox but you will also be getting one of the most useful backup programs for any rooted user. Now that is what I call a "win win" situation :D

Funny part is I dont even use it. I use AppControl to back all my stuff up. Still is there is no better way to install busybox IMO.

Surely a stupid question... but you are rooted, right?
