Help: source code building program can take picture or capture video

Hello,

Can anyone provide me the source code to build program that can take photo or capture video (make it two option). From the video, extract the frame, save it as images in the folder and store in one folder.

This program is require to support in mobile application.

Now, i m using eclipse to do this program.


Can anyone provide me the java tutorials which is helpful to my program part?
