help!!

Only certain apps are working on my phone, its been a few days now but what worries me is my android market just comes up no connection but yet im connected to my wiifi an its lets me use my youtube app, facebook messenger but my actual facebook app just has the loading screen or says no conection as well. I have taken the battery out an put it back in an looked through my settings but i am puzzled, my partner has exactly the same phone an his is fine.
