I just recently converted to Android and am ridiculously happy with my decision so far (bought a gently used GalaxyS 3G+ and am coming from a flaky BB Curve 8530).

The only thing I'm missing from the BB is BBM - but I'm trying to convince my husband to install an app on his BB (provided by his work) so we can still message each other for "free".

Looking forward to learning a lot from these forums, 'cause I definitely think I've been converted for good!

Hi sa415... I came from a BB to a Android also... and I was AMAZED!!!!! My husband still uses a BB so we use Yahoo Msger.... I think in good time he will convert to android since he runs my battery down every night playing angery birds... lol!!! Welcome...

am78 - I might have to get rid of my iPod for my husband to switch. That's the device on which he's currently playing Angry Birds. lol
