Hello, recently 27Pulgadas Design have created one Android App that let you see the color equivalences between different hobby paint brands, now Tamiya, Revel, Humbrol and Vallejo. The App is free, it only includes a slot for ads in main window.

This application helps you to find equivalences between colours of different brand paints used in model kits. In this version you can find equivalences between Tamiya, Revell, Humbrol and Vallejo paints. It also be useful as colour chart.
The equivalences and color images are obtained directly from the manufacturer and there are approximated.
Roadmap for the future:
Version 3.0: Gunze
Version X.X: Paint Inventory Management
Instructions
Select a brand, select a colour reference and view a list of equivalences. You can use keyboard to filter colour list.
Scale converter tool included to help convert measures between different scales
