How can I capture data from drop-down menu on website to populate one in my app?

If I have a web page that has a drop-down menu with a list of something like baseball teams, and then I select one of those teams and it creates a new drop-down with a list of the players, how can I capture that data so that I can populate the drop-downs in my android app without having to keep a database of it all myself?
