How can I partition my SD card in Windows??

I have searched high and low. I've found a number of references that say you can use paragon, doesn't work for me. I tried Arconis trial but there's no options. I'm running windows 7 64 bit. Gparted boots to the disk but I get an error before I can get into the partitioning screen, clockworks mod seems to allow me to format but I don't see the ability to partition (the external anyway)

PLEASE help it's driving me nuts.
