Accessories How to Contact SGP Store?

So I purchased a pack of the crystal clear screen protectors from SGP, however, mine only came with one instead of two. I filed a complaint on their site, however, I've gotten no response in TWO weeks. Unacceptable.

Anyone know a better way to get in contact with them? Preferably something like a phone number.

This has been discussed a few times. They don't have a phone number for support/contact unfortunately. You have to just keep emailing them until you get a response.

common problem. I'm really surprised they get so much business with poor customer service.

The reviewers here did a really good job of making them look like the screen protector god.

In reality their screen protectors aren't that great and made out of very cheap material for $11 + $2 shipping.

I ordered mine from Amazon. It was still through the SGP store, but I felt better because it was through amazon.com. Ordering through their website directly, looked kind of shady. Well, I ordered two packs and only received one. I emailed them through Amazon and I got a quick response and the second pack just showed up in my mailbox. Sorry to hear about your troubles. But, just keep on them
