How to get the values of EditText (Answers) and should validate with actual answers in a table ?

Hi all ,
I have created choose the best answer , it has 10 questions and answers with an options . Totally options has four choices . So user can opt any answers from those choices at last it must be able to validate with the actual known answers from Choices . That is match up with real answers .

How do i wanna get the values of EditText and also it should be able to match up with the actual known answers from a table .

Please anyone could help me , any helps would be greatly appreciated .
