How to put more contacts as emergency?

I just got a strange pop up that saids "Add more people for your emgercy contacts?"

I want one more person on that same list, phone is a Moto Edge Plus, but if you people would love to take me around into adding it using Android 11 I would be so happy.

not sure on moto phones, but on my z fold 3, I can go to contacts, hit the hamburger(3 lines), select groups, and then emergency. a list of your contacts will pop up. just hit the + button next to the names
