My only gripes with the Hero are hardware related. I'm now on my 3rd one, and it's broken.
1st Hero - metal flaked off the end button
2nd Hero - busted speaker... or something similar
3rd Hero - cracked chrome around charging port
All in 2 months!! None of them were ever dropped!!
A Cellular South employee told me I could not exchange any more of them. I would have to go through the warranty process. I doubt they will warranty that chrome piece, assuming it was dropped. Any other suggestions/opinions?
