Root HTC Sense theme for CM7??

So I was searching online for HTC Sense like Themes for CM7 (with widgets and without any additional launchers) and I did find few of the themes. But the problem is it's only the theme, no widget or nothing. I found this link that says how to get the theme with the widgets ([UPDATED 7-11-2011][Theme][Sense UI] 99% complete / CM7 / aospCMod - xda-developers) but this seems too complicated. Does anyone know if there's any easier way to get the theme with widgets? Any help will be appreciated.

The Sense UI and widgets rely on customizations to the underlying framework of Android, so in effect you need to be running an HTC Sense ROM to get those widgets. Having said that, there are options in the Android Market that have widgets similar to Sense. A couple that come to mind are Fancy Widgets and Beautiful Widgets.

Use Ntsense cm7 theme. LP Sense UI launcher and Sense Analog Clock widget. You can get NtSense.apk and LP Srnse UI from google. Get Sense Analog Clock from the market.

Android Pro widgets will give you a few widgets that are very similar to sense (texting calendar etc.) and GO weather is a nice clock/weather app that has a very nice UI and is very customizable.
