Hello everyone, I'd like to introduce my self since it's first time to post here.
I do have a problem with my mobile phone cellular data disconnecting both sims 1 and 2 when ever i open anything ( setting,applications) then they re-connect.
it's very annoying and i did hard/soft resets and i tried both sims on different phones and they are working fine and the phone was working fine since i've got it in august.
i tried to access the *#*#4636#*#* menu but it doesn't open with me it just does nothing. mind you i don't understand that stuff anyway.
