i cant add new contact to gogle account

I have a samsung galaxy s advance after update the software from ginger bread to jelly been i cant add new contact to google account. i usually adds new contact by click on contact icon and click on new button side to the search bar then a list of account will prop down to which i intent to save the new contact, this may be a number of acounts like google,phone,sim,windows etc., but this time it shows only sim and phone no google no any other accounts . i allready added all accounts and sync it through the setting
if anyone can help me please tell me the correct direction to show google account int the list of account shows when we click on add new contact button

Press the + to add a new account. Press the box that shows the SIM or Phone account and it should drop down, showing you the other accounts.

no brother my contacts + sign drop down only sim and phone what should i do
