For some reason I can't get my U8800 working on my laptop with windows 2010. It works fine on an old computer running XP. I don't know if I have to install software or change any settings on the laptop. Are there anyone experiencing the same or who knows what to do?

Hi fk318, you don't mention what OS you are running on the laptop. Is XP, Vista, Win 7?
