Im trying to wipe my phone pre update. I figured it was best to wipe beforehand. The problem is I've gone settings> privicy> etc... and it's asking for my password and I dont have a clue what it is.
Is there another way of doing a factory reset or dont I need to bother? I've backed the phone up with Kies and with MYBACKUP just to make sure.
