Help I think my charge is toast...

Well, every once in awhile a random reboot will take place. This time, it just began to loop in the droid eye/samsung start up. I took the battery out and let it sit and tried again- same issue. Attempted to enter the boot menu... "Downloading.... Do not turn off Target!!!" shows. It has been like that for about 10 minutes. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO.

Take the battery out and put it back in. Hold vol up, home and power until you see the Samsung bootscreen. At that point let go of power while holding the other 2. Wipe data in recovery and reboot.

I did that and I know the reset worked because the sound came on during the boot up. But the issue is persisting. It will go through the boot up and it freezes and just keeps looping.

Click on "Show Instructions to Flash Your Droid Charge Back to Stock" and scroll down the page. Follow the instructions using the "Samsung Flash Utility" completely, that should fix the phone.
