Currently phoneless right now so I'm deciding on either getting the Epic 4G or waiting for the Galaxy S2 (or maybe even the Epic 2). However, Sprint has a 30 day return policy should I not be satisfied I can swap it for a new phone. I plan on swapping the Epic 4G for the S2 but my question is does anyone know when Spring announces the release date of a new phone, how far does it tend to be?

I'm probably going to sign a plan on Friday/Saturday simply for this deal Port In Credit (no phone but still have a SIM card with AT&T under mother's plan) and does anyone know or is there strong speculation that the S2 will be released in the next 30 days or so? Thanks so much in advance!

I have not seen any rumored release dates on the SG2

why get the epic for a temp phone?
    EVO 3D is out now
    Photon out within 2 weeks.

or just wait till there is a release date for the SG2. but keep in mind... nothing in concrete

Well I'd really like the keyboard on the Epic, though my heart really goes out to the SG2, reason why I want to sign so soon is because of the port in deal where I can transfer my old number to Sprint for 125 dollars in credit, and that deal expires on the 23rd.

    1. the SG2 has no keyboard. so you should try a phone with no kb.. right?
    2. EVO 3D is a good fit.. at least to try.
    3. if the SG2 dont come out soon enough.. and you dont like the e3d.. then you can get the photon.
