Help Increase volume without root or app Alcatel One Touch A564C and

Hi

I am old and not savvy with techy things and need some help. I own a tracfone Alcatel One Touch A564C and trying to increase the volume. It is set on the loudest setting but I need it louder. I have seen and tried the videos but my phone has no HARDWARE TESTING option in the engineering mode (*#*#3646633#*#*) Please, any help is very much appreciated.
