Which one is better in terms of customizing? I REALLY like the Sense UI but I am not sure if stock Android is better or not. (Basically I'm deciding on either the HTC EVO or the Samsung Epic - NOT ACTUAL PHONES, but the UIs that come on it.) Please help me decide! Thank you.

The Epic is not stock Android, it's TouchWiz.

Only you can say which you prefer. Each has its advantages and slightly different ways of doing things. I use a Hero currently, but I got rid of the Sense home screens in favor of LauncherPro, as it provides me a lot more customizability, and it's faster than Sense UI. But, I miss the snazzy Sense UI widgets, which are really nice.

Go try both at a Sprint store near you. You can't go wrong with either one, IMO.

I meant to say TouchWiz but I couldn't remember the name of it. I too like the cool widgets on Sense UI. Can I use Launcher PRO on TouchWiz?

If you like it better, yes. If not, no.

I think it's a matter of taste really. Personally I love, love, love Sense. I know people who feel the same way about Vanilla. It's just whatever floats your boat.
