Is there an android app that will swap the audio channels coming out of my headphone jack?

I need to do this internally because my Motorola Xoom tablet makes a pop in the left channel every time I pause and restart audio and I need to use that channel for output. It doesn't pop in the right.

Or if someone might have a suggestion on how I can get rid of the pop, that would do it too! But I suppose it's something very internal. It sounds like it's the audio amp shutting off about 4 seconds after audio stops. Thanks!
