K=9 Mail

I have been using K-9 mail since I got my phone last month without problems and all of a sudden, since yesterday, it has stopped pulling down my work email. It continues to retrieve my hotmail just fine, and incidentally, send email from my work account just fine, but will not pull it down. I tried deleting and reinstalling that account without any luck. Interestingly, when I manually check for new mail I see up at the top 0 of 119, the number of messages on our server, however if I count up the messages I don't see nearly that many. It is as if they are in some phantom folder that I cannot locate. Any ideas or help would be appreciate as I rely on this phone to get my email.

This just started happening to me yesterday at about 1:30 pm. Any clues anyone?

Maildroid is the only mail app that has consistently worked for me.

where is local mail stored? may be you can try changing to SD.
