Well, my Otterbox Commuter case had a crack in it, maybe from one too many drops. I called up otterbox to see what the warranty process was and believe it or not, it was as pain free as it could get.

They just needed a picture of the damage, a 4 digit code on the inside and my shipping information and they shipped out a brand new Commuter case via UPS that I just received today. No receipts, no sending in old product or nothing ... they just take care of you.

Just wanted to share. Otterbox is a stand up company and I will definitely do business with them in the future.

Yeah otterbox is great when it comes to warranty issues. My husband has accidently torn the rubber part of his iphone otterbox 2 times already on different ones and they sent him replacements no questions asked.
