Leaked 2.2 to OTA not rooted

Read all the posts regarding how to get to OTA 2.2 after already being rooted. Anything new on the horizon to get from original leaked 2.2 to the OTA 2.2 using update.zip or another method without wiping clean everything and going back first to 2.1? Doubt I am the only one wondering.

stay on the 2.2 leak for now, there is virtually no difference.
