Keep getting this today, never abused my phone and treated it well. It has 99% battery level but every time I power it on, it shuts off with the invalid battery error.
I've had it only 6 months, no insurance but LG should cover it for a year, correct? I should mention that last month I dropped it and cracked the screen at the bottom. Im sure this wouldn't cause my issue but I'm afraid the store will use it as an excuse to deny helping me.
Advice?
