Looking for a customizable Android Tablet... something like Shogo...

I need to develop a custom application some propietary application which takes over all the booting process and show a specific application at all times. This site talks about a product called Shogo @ http://www.slashgear.com/realease-sh...dness-2887519/ That is close to what I want, the company they promote is: Realease

I wonder if you guys know about some other vendors who can provide an Android tablet with the possibility of customize the applications to run in full screen mode.
