Looking for a sound recorder?

I'm looking for an android app that will basically record the clean audio coming from another app that runs on the phone. Like streaming radio, Youtube, SIRIUSXM, Pandora, etc. All the recorder apps I have found simply record external sounds and are basically a mic on the phone.
