I'm looking to create a small Proof of concept app for a Camera with Filters
the filters would be integrated with Bl ending Modes..
initially i though about doing it using unity or opengl as i need the filters to be applied in near real time (1-3 seconds) but it seems to be an overkill..
i'm looking for a talented coder to do this project for me.
