Root Looking to Unroot but Questions!

Hey guys,
I'm looking to unroot my EVO4G but I have a few questions.

First off, is there anything that I should be aware of before I unroot my phone and bring it back to factory stock? (ie - software problems, sluggish performance, etc.)

Second, is the unroot guide in the Rooting for Dummies reliable? or is it dated?

The unrooting guide for your H-boot will be correct. You will need to power into H-boot to verify your guide. Power+volume down

Are you selling the phone back to sprint?
 
Ah okay, Thanks! Yeah, I was thinking about it. I'm not 100% sure I want to now. I was thinking about using it as my back up phone and such.

yeah there is no reason to unroot unless you are doing for insurance reasons or to a trade in and upgrading. but if you want to then we will need to know what rxpert asked about. your hboot and radio will tell us which procedure you will need to unroot your phone.
