Root Lost Apps? After going from Liberty 1.5 to Apex

I installed Liberty 1.5 earlier today and was going back to Apex. I forgot to wipe and got stuck bootlooping. I did a factory reset and it loaded to Apex automatically. I am missing most of my apps, I had backed everything up with Ti before I went to Liberty and before I went back to Apex, but the Ti app is missing now too. If I go into files There Ti app is there but it just shows me all the folders in Ti.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Uninstall and reinstall Titanium Backup, your files and backups on your sd card will be untouched. Then restore from either Titanium Backup or a nandroid backup.

Thanks it worked. I have all my apps back. I have to set up all the main screens again, but no big deal. Thanks for your help.
