Help Main buttons missplaced

The 3 main buttons that are traditionally at the bottom of my screen (dialer, the menu up arrow, and contacts) are now on the right side of my home screen. I'm not sure how this happened, I was using the market, downloaded a few free LWP, and when I hit my home key those 3 buttons were on the side instead of the bottom. I checked my settings, though I didn't change it in there, and reset my phone (soft, and hard) but still no luck. Anyone have any suggestions?

That usually happens to me when you make about a half swipe on the screen. Swiping further clears it but sounds like that may not be your problem.
