Dean D

Newbie
Hi all,

My SGS2 is having a few problems not too sure why :(
I've rooted my phone with "GT-I9100_Kernel_Gingerbread-supercurio-3" and ever since ive being having issues. So I attempted to use a stock kernel "I9100XWKE7_StockKernel". Still no joy, The main issue is I cannot switch on USB Debugging because i always get the error code "USB Connected. Remove Cable" even though the USB isn't connected, my battery level in the top corner always shows the phone is charging, when it isn't. Can any one help please??????

Edit: My phone also will not completely shut down, when i try to do so it just shows the battery level, as if in charge mode. Any help please :|

First have you removed the battery yet? Take it out for a few seconds and put it back in... That might solve the problem, if not I don't know what to do except for the factory reset that has been mentioned by sleeco.

Try a factory reset

Cheers mate. Worked a treat. Like an idiot I went through all my apps and wrote them down (Old school pen n paper) but after system restore all my apps were re-installed :D Well chuffed.

BTW Sleeco where abouts in leeds are you from?
