Market apps disappeared after rc30 update?

Hello, I recently purchased a g1 over the weekend and it came with rc29. This morning I received my rc30 update. I noticed later on that that when I go into the market, many of the applications that were available to download a few days ago are no longer available (visual voicemail, fbook myspace mobile, to name a few). Does this have anything to do with the update , or were these apps pulled from the market on purpose?

I confirm this problem. The 'Sort by popularity' field shows only two or few apps. but when I switch to 'sort by date' then all of them are shown. My first G1 one did not have this problem but it had to be replaced and the new one (got it today) does have this issue...

Any suggestions?

Alright It is working again. I did not set anything it automatically fixed itself in half an hour or so. It could have been something with the market website. Now I can sort the apps. by popularity without problem. My software is still RC29.
