Mobile is sending repeat emails to same person

After replying to an email my phone is now sending the same message with additional attachments to the original address I replied to. it is sending the message roughly every 15 minutes. I have tried running various virus scans but it is coming up clean.
Phone model Samson Galaxy S3 mini.
