Android 5.1, MOTO G 4G, ES File Explorer
The command storage/move media has been working well moving mp4, mp3 and photos from the device download folder to the SD card download folder. But recently for mp4 files the command storage/move media just says "no files to move" even when there are mp4 files in the device. I could not move these files neither using ES File explorer, nor connecting device to a Windows 10 PC (it always says device is busy). It did work in the past. The device has only 8 Gb internal memory. All the rest works well and the movies can be played. Nevertheless in ES File explorer when tapping the icon for movies they are not listed there.
Why?,what to do ?
