Moving media to SD card

Hey,

I did this a while ago and I've been trying ever since to change the date stamp of the videos, because they've been given a new date stamp of the day I moved them to the SD card, so they're now out of sync.

So a video that was taken in 2012 is now all of a sudden taken in 2014, and grouped with all the other media taken around that date.

Bit of a bodge from Google there really! How do I change them back?
