Greetings, I'm Hailey and I've got a major problem. My aunt recently got me a tablet, a 10 inch Poloroid I believe with Android 4.2.1 and I have been trying to connect it to my laptop, a Dell but it won't work and gives me MTP USB device failure each time. With my own it gives me problems but my little brother's 7-inch works without a problem. Does anyone have a solution for me please? Thank you in advance <3 Email me at hailpeace17@gmail.com if so.
