its the remote that comes with the box
i hope someone can help please.
my remote control is not responding properly.
the remote will work if the mouse (on-screen cursor) button is enabled but once i press the mouse button off the remote will not respond. as you know, using the mouse via remote is a right pain to use.
thr directions (up/down/ side to side and OK respond via mouse but wont respond when mouse is not used.
remote is switched on via settings.
its very frustrating, I've left the batteries out over night and the box disconnected from the power over night.
i even tried to factory reset the box today but that would not work, seemed to clear all data but when the screen reapeared all my video addons were still there
do i need a new remote?
