my better keyboard will not download

I downloaded my daughter an app from betterandroids.wordpress.com the better keyboard app and pd for it and its not showing up on her phone! I have looked everywhere on the web 4 a phone number to contact them and for some strange reason I can not find 1?? Is there something we need 2 do 4 it to download because all the free ones download instantly, so didnt know if we needed 2 do anything different or not? PLEASE HELP b/c they have my cc info and it makes me VERY UPSET that there is NO WAY 2 contact them that I can find.. No email, no phone number nothing! Thanks 4 anything u can help me with!!

Welcome to the Android Forums!

Try going into settings on the phone, and applications, and making sure that "unknown sources" is checked. Many Android phones don't like to install apps that aren't from the Android market.
