Help My G1 is going slow help please

my g1 is going slow and it is very annoying especially when using the virtual keyboard. Is there any way to fix this. i love the G1 just hate this going slow shit and the wack ass battery, but Ima get the extended battery so that will be fixed soon.

Go to Settings>SD card and phone storage and check the internal phone storage. For the G1 to work properly you need around 20-25Mb. If you don't that explains your lag. Try deleting your cache in the browser, facebook, and other apps that use a lot of data. If you still dont get enough delete some apps. The G1 memory is tiny. That is why I rooted.
