Help My Samsung S3 deleted everything by itself, more inside.

It deleted everything, its like brand new now, everything is functional but the memory is messed up.

Tried to download Whatsapp and it said the memory was full, settings show only 176MB left, the same as before the memory wipe.

So im guessing the memory is still there but corrupted or something, or i need to do something to return it to normal.

Id like to recover the lost memory, downloaded a Wondershare Dr Fone for Android app to do this but it has not worked.

My question is, how do I recover the memory if possible, or do ill just need to reset it for it to be functional again?

Just turned it on and it was wiped, I have a passcode so I dont think anyone reseted/deleted it.

Dont know what rooted is.

Its old and has been slow for a while now, could just be the memory is ruined now I guess.
