Root MyTouch won't connect to the computer?

A few days/ possibly a week ago, my brother helped me root my MyTouch. It's been great, seriously, with the Overclock and such.

But, lately, when I've tried to connect to the computer via the USB, the loading screen just keeps going. And going. And going... And going...

I am using a USB hub, and tried to directly connect the USB, but that didn't do anything. Actually, as I type, the loading screen is still going. I've plugged and unplugged way too many times to count. My USB cord is definitely working fine, because I can access my (other) brother's Nokia just fine.

So, my brain is pretty racked on ideas -- Any suggestions as to what to do?

reoboot into recovery and do it that way.

Also, depending on the rom your using, with super e, my phone would just decide to not recognize it was connected with the computer. A reboot fixed it, but it was still a little annoying, so maybe try that.
