nam-tab7736 wont load, wont go past android

[Android Question]

I have a problem with an nam-tab7736 powered by google android 4.0.3 tablet, it wont load up wont go past android and just goes to android and stops there and will act as if loading up but wont go past android, I've reset the tablet several times but that wont help
this is first time i have started up my tab
