Help Need help on sim slot issue in moto x play xt1562

I have recently installed the network app which allows to change settings related to network radio settings. i have selected this USA band when both sim slots were active , from that instance my First slot getting error while searching for network.
when i interchanged the sims whichever sim in the first sim slot not able to search for networ.
please suggest some troubleshooting steps as soon as possible.Thanks in advance.
